I don’t normally do regular updates here on Skeeter’s progress, but she’s officially 18 months! I absolutely encourage the celebration of half birthdays, so we had a wonderful weekend that was capped off with some beautiful fall weather!
We started off with a trip to the zoo! My parents and brother joined us. Skeeter had so much fun on the carousel and she was so upset when the ride was over. She also loved seeing all of the animals, as she knows what noises most of them make.
Skeeter officially runs everywhere she goes! We brought a stroller to the zoo, but she’s decided she’s way to big to ride in it. So we spent most of the time chasing after her.
She’s an absolute chatterbox and loves going to her jogging stroller and asking to “go” to the park. She loves to feed the ducks and swing on the playground.
She’s obsessed with Minnie Mouse, shoes, and hairbows (because Minnie wears a bow, of course!). She loves dancing and playing with her Disney princesses.
She’s officially in the 60th percentile in height for her actual age! She’s certainly come a long way. She’s still in the 10th percentile for height, but her doctor said not to worry as long as she doesn’t drop on the charts. So for now we have a long skinny toddler.
She is an absolute joy to be around and I’m so glad to be her mommy.
