Saturday afternoon, we took a break from house hunting to make Skeeter's first trek to the Livestock Show! For you non-Houstonians, every March the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo takes over the Reliant Park. It's part rodeo, part concert, part carnival, part shopping, and a whole lot of manure.
Skeeter loved looking at all of the animals. She loved more when her momma tried to make the animal noises.
She's started pointing at things and talking about them. So she loved talking about the animals.
My only complaint was the crowd! Especially pushing a stroller, it was difficult to get up to the animals. Luckily, Skeeter's daddy is 6'9" and has no issues getting a good view.
There was a display of super massage chairs. Anyone could try them out for a 5 minute demo. Mr. BUB and I took turns trying them out. Then I suggested handing Skeeter off to one of the salespeople and staying there all day.
All in all? It was a successful trip!
