Book Club!!

Today is Book Club Friday!

To link up, all you have to do is grab the button (above) and link up (below)!

You can write about any book you want.

This week I'm sharing...

Here's the synopsis:
Thirty-something Zoe Manet just lost everything she cares about. She lost her job. She lost her fiance. Looking for a fresh start, she moves to England and takes a job as a nanny... which ends up complicating her life even more.

Chris Eastham, her new charge, is a rotten brat. Lewis Eastham, the boy's father, won't stop hitting on her—and he's a married man!

And then there's Chris' uncle, Benjamin Eastham, the Oxford grad who enjoys a relentless flirtation with the new nanny. Ben is super-hot and preciously posh, but she just can't picture herself dating the much younger man.

Or can she?

Here are my thoughts:
First- and possibly most importantly- don't search "The Nanny's Knickers" in Google images, looking for the book cover.  And even more importantly, don't misspell "knickers" and end up typing "knockers."

Okay, for the actual review.  If you're looking for mindless, shameless chick lit, this is your book.  At 220 pages, it's a super quick read (less than a day for me).  And like any chick lit book, I wanted to strangle the main character.  Seriously, girl, make up your mind.

What are you currently reading?

BAHAHA!!! I can't even IMAGINE what would come up with that Google search. Close the window - CLOSE THE WINDOW!! ;)

Mindless, shameless chick it = yay!!
Annoying MC = boo.

So I'm not sure about this one. I do like the socks on the cover, though. Haha!

I started searching for this book on my Kindle and it tried to 'auto spell' knickers to knockers.

Love quick reads, so this sounds perfect!

Sometimes you need a little shameless chick lit, I think.
