Mr. BUB: Are you ever going to pick up your shoes?
Me: I'm going to punch you in the face if you ask again.
Mr. BUB: Love you, have a good day.
Me: Love you!
Mr. BUB: Punching in the face isn't very nice.
Me: Sometimes it is.

Mr. BUB: You want a snack?
Me (sobbing): No thank you.
Mr. BUB: What's wrong?
Me: I'm so worthless!
Mr. BUB: Your job right is to be worthless. You're taking care of Skeeter.
Me: Okay, I'm hungry now.

Mr. BUB: I just want you to know that I'm only playing video games so you'll feel less worthless about being on bedrest. I'm just trying to be supportive.

Me: There's a lot of them, huh?
Mr. BUB: Are you planning to kidnap a munchkin or something?
Me: Something like that.

A lot of my comebacks involve "punch you in the face" towards my hubby. LOL

I've definitely used the "I'll punch you in the face if you ask me again" line before. Is that wrong? I mean, I don't have pregnancy hormones, but I have the PMS kind sometimes. That gives me a free pass, right?
