1997.

About a month ago, Cara hosted a linkup that consisted of old yearbook photos.
I searched high and low and couldn't find any of mine, so I couldn't link up.
Well, guess what I just stumbled on?

My little brother found it in my high school yearbook classroom and couldn't resist the opportunity to make fun of me.

My best guess is that this is 1997.
I make this guess based on the following observations:
1.  I didn't have braces yet.  Lord knows I needed them.
2.  I'm sporting my own frizzy version of the Rachel.  The Chi hadn't changed my life yet.
3.  I was probably wearing some ridiculous colored lipstick.  Thank goodness for black & white photos.

What 1997 also means:
I spent most of my spare time rollerblading past the cute boy down the street's house, in case he was outside.  He was totally cute- and he knew what I was doing too.  And thank goodness he didn't respond- Mr. BUB is way cuter.

Hahaha I dread looking back at my school pictures because I can't believe my mom let me walk out of the house looking the way I did.

Sometimes I look back at old pictures of myself and wonder why my parents didn't keep me from leaving the house! I will be more conscious of what my kids wear so they don't have dorky pictures to look back on lol!

Don't you just love when you marry the man who's way cuter and way more awesome than the person you used to think was the best?

I also rollerblades past the house of the guy I thought was cute. I had bad taste in boys and lipstick shades back then. Chocolate brown?! Honestly.

Haha, I love it! The lighting in my yearbook photo from freshman year made me look bad.
