22 weeks.

My stomach is a weird shape this week...
  • Skeeter is now the length of a spaghetti squash.  Once again, with the weird vegetables.  All I know is that this fact makes me want spaghetti.  And garlic bread.  See point #4 if this seems weird.
  • Longer, stronger nails my butt.  My nails are now cracking like crazy!  I've been using some nail strengthener to help combat that.
  • It's safe to say I will never post a weight update on here.  Mr. BUB only knows because he was at the doctor with me.  I'm not a fan of this whole 'having to gain weight' deal.
  • I'm hungry.  I seriously out-ate Mr. BUB last week.  He said he was afraid of me.  I think it just means I wear the pants in our relationship now.
  • I'm still working out.  Whether it's just walking, hitting the elliptical, or Pilates, I'm trying to stay active.
  • The baby registry is complete.  To fellow first timers, I strongly recommend bringing along a new mom for the registration process.  And leave the hubby at home.  The new mom is currently using all of the products you're looking at and knows what you really need.  I brought my friend, K, and she was amazing!
  • Mr. BUB felt her move.  It's crazy how strong her little kicks and jabs have gotten!

you're adorable and I'm with you on never posting the weight gains... no one needs to know that number. ever. maybe after I loose it all after the baby [that happens instantly right?!]

I tried to bring the hubs with me to Babies R Us this past weekend... did NOT go well.

Don't be stressed about the weight gain! I'm sure if you have good workout habits now, those baby lbs will melt right off after little Skeeter is here! You look great pregnant!

You look adorable! I'm with you on the weight gain thing. (even though I have been posting that, ha) BUT it just doesn't seem right that I'm as active as I was before and I'm packing on the LBs. I know that's what's supposed to happen...but still.

Feeling/seeing them kick and move is the best! Glad the hubs is getting to feel her now too :)

Annnnd one more thing: I'm so impressed you're done with your registry! Thanks for letting me stalk it!

Smart idea on leaving the hubs home. I, of course, took mine and he ended up scanning random crap I did not want (Winnie the Pooh bedding!). I wanted to leave him at the store. It was enough trying to get this task completed, let alone walking around with a child in my belly and then having to take a child home with me. :)

You look fantastic!!! I remember whispering my weight to the doctor when Jacob was in the room with me. Hahaha. Good for you for continuing to work out! I had such bad SPD that I stopped any form of exercise at about 16 weeks.
