Brisket Taquitos

So the morning sickness seems to be wearing off some now.
That means I can look at food without wanting to die.
So I have a recipe to share!

Hubby made a delicious brisket.  This stuff was good.
But after a few days of eating it, I'm forced to get creative.
And Brisket Taquitos were born.

Here's everything you need!
Brisket, Tortillas, Cream Cheese, Green Salsa, Grated Cheese
For Garnish: Sour Cream, Avocado, Jalapenos

Start by chopping your brisket.

Mix your chopped brisket with the cream cheese, salsa, and grated cheese.

Spoon a little of the mixture on your tortilla and roll it.
Secure with a toothpick & lightly spray with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
And voila!

Sorry the pictures aren't better quality.  They were taken with my cellphone.
